A family business. A foundation in trade. A future in property.

Founded by Fakhruddin Kapasi, our business began in the wholesale trade of Asian food products. A warehouse purchased in the 1980s remains part of that business today, serving our trading operation and other tenants.

That foundation has grown into a residential and commercial property portfolio across Manchester and London. We acquire, manage and improve our assets with a prudent approach and a long-term view.

Hasnein brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience. His work at MediaCityUK included its £196 million refinancing and sale to Landsec; he now serves as Finance Manager at one of the largest property companies in the UK.

He manages the Kapasi portfolio’s finances, bringing financial oversight and clear reporting to investment decisions.

Alihusein Kapasi

Engineering · Property

An engineer with over 10 years of property investment, development and management experience, Alihusein oversees the family portfolio across Manchester and London.

His hands-on work spans acquisitions, refurbishments, lettings and tenant relationships, coordinating contractors and maintaining the properties day to day.
